I’m a proud East Texas native with over five years of experience in customer service, account management, and call center operations. I’m known for being self-motivated, solution-focused, and always willing to go the extra mile for clients. Building strong relationships and helping people feel supported has always been my passion.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, creating scrapbooks, and finding beauty in the small details that tell a bigger story. I graduated from high school at 16 and moved to North Texas shortly after—an experience that taught me independence and resilience early on.
With a strong foundation in client communication and problem-solving, I’m proud to bring that same drive and dedication to the property and casualty insurance field — a space where making a difference truly matters.
