Lance Francis

Lance was born and raised in DFW. He is a legacy firefighter for the City of Dallas having started his firefighter-paramedic career in 2011. He plans to retire from Dallas, just like his father did. He enjoys spending time with his wife, friends, and two German Shepherds. Colorado is a favorite vacation spot; you can find him skiing in the winter then exploring trails and sightseeing in the summer. Since starting his career as a first responder, Lance has found an additional passion to serve his community through assisting them with their insurance needs. His experience as a firefighter-paramedic has allowed him to help clients navigate their insurance needs while educating them on the importance of quality coverage with a quality company. Lance is eager to continue serving his community through Converse Insurance.
